We enjoyed an outdoor weekend that included Abby Kate's first dip in a swimming pool.
She LOVED it! She started kicking and splashing as soon as she hit the water.
Sunday we enjoyed more outdoor fun at our church picnic. Abby Kate was like a picnic ant, eating anything she could get her hands on. She ate hamburger, potatoes, potato chips, blueberries, watermelon and chocolate cake! You can see the chocolate cake on her cheek and above her lip if you look closely at this picture. I think she got as much on her clothes as she did in her mouth.
She put on sweet smiles for the cameras, including this picture with mommy.
We are looking forward to more outdoor fun in the coming days because daddy has a vacation week coming soon.

Glad that she enjoyed the pool! That will be nice with summer being incredibly hot already.
